  I was excited to hear Bob's was moving to Union, but I was even more surprised at how beautiful the store was! As soon as my mother and I reached the top where the show floor was, we were greeted by Richard who ended up helping us. He was super helpful and nice, without being too pushy to make sure we bought something. While we didn't walk out with anything today, we will be shortly and look forward to Richard helping us out!

  Went today to look for a recliner .....Tammy, our salesperson, was great. She was patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. She showed us many different recliners and answered all our questions. She throughly explained Bob's return policy especially when I explained it might be a tight fit . We wound up buying a very reasonably priced and very comfortable recliner. My only disappointment was that when I asked to meet Bob, I was told he wasn't there.
